मैं आपको एकदम beginner level से, छोटे-छोटे steps में सिखाऊँगा। आप हर step करके screenshot भेजेंगे, फिर हम अगले step पर जाएँगे।

🎓 Lesson 1 — हमारा Software और Development Environment

आज हम अभी Fee Calculation या Student Form नहीं बनाएँगे।
आज सिर्फ यह समझेंगे कि हमारा software किन चीजों से बना है और अपना development environment तैयार करेंगे।

1. सबसे पहले हमारा Software किस Technology से बना है?

आपके actual software में ये technologies हैं:

Technology	हमारा काम

🖥️ PySide6	Windows में software की window, buttons, forms आदि
🗄️ SQLite	Students, Bills, Payments आदि का data

📦 PyInstaller	Python program को Windows `.exe` बनाने के लिए

इसलिए हमारा basic structure है:

3. सबसे पहले Python check करें

अपने Windows computer में CMD खोलें।

Start Menu में लिखें:

cmd

फिर खोलें।

अब यह command लिखें:

python --version

अगर result ऐसा आता है:

Python 3.13.7

तो ठीक है।

अगर:

Python 3.12.x

तो भी ठीक है।

4. अब VS Code check करें

हम software बनाने के लिए VS Code इस्तेमाल करेंगे।

VS Code खोलें और देखें कि खुल रहा है या नहीं।

अगर पहले से installed है तो कुछ install करने की जरूरत नहीं।

5. अब हमारा नया Learning Project Folder

Desktop पर एक नया folder बनाएँ:

School_Fee_Management_Learning

ध्यान दें:

आपकी दी हुई ZIP अलग रहेगी।

हम उस original project को खराब नहीं करेंगे।

हम learning के लिए अलग project बनाएँगे और जैसे-जैसे सीखेंगे, उसी structure को बनाते जाएँगे।

6. VS Code में Folder खोलें

VS Code में:

File → Open Folder

फिर select करें:

School_Fee_Management_Learning

अभी folder खाली होगा।

7. Virtual Environment बनाएँ

VS Code में:

Terminal → New Terminal

अब लिखें:

python -m venv venv

इसके बाद project folder में:

School_Fee_Management_Learning
│
└── venv

बन जाएगा।

Virtual Environment क्या है?

इसे बहुत आसान भाषा में समझिए:

मान लीजिए आपके computer में अलग-अलग Python projects हैं:

Project A
Project B
School Fee Software

अगर सभी projects एक ही Python packages इस्तेमाल करें तो आगे चलकर versions का conflict हो सकता है।

इसलिए हम अपने School Fee Software के लिए अलग Python environment बनाएँगे।

इसी को कहते हैं:

Virtual Environment

8. Virtual Environment Activate करें

Windows में Terminal में:

venv\Scripts\activate

अगर सही हुआ तो Terminal के आगे ऐसा दिखाई दे सकता है:

(venv) C:\Users\...\School_Fee_Management_Learning>

(venv) दिखाई देना महत्वपूर्ण है।

9. अब PySide6 Install करेंगे

हमारा actual software PySide6 पर बना है।

Command:

python -m pip install PySide6

इसके बाद ReportLab:

python -m pip install reportlab

और OpenPyXL:

python -m pip install openpyxl

लेकिन आगे से हम इन commands को एक ही requirements.txt से भी install करना सीखेंगे।

आपकी actual project में यही dependencies रखी गई हैं:

PySide6
ReportLab
OpenPyXL

10. अब सबसे पहला Python Program

VS Code में नई file बनाएँ:

main.py

अभी इसमें केवल यह लिखें:

print("School Fee Management Software")

अब Terminal में:

python main.py

Result:

School Fee Management Software

🎉 यह हमारा पहला Python program है।

🧠 यहाँ एक महत्वपूर्ण बात

अभी आपने केवल:

print(...)

सीखा है।

अगले step में हम इसे Windows application में बदलेंगे।

अर्थात:

print()
   ↓
Python Program
   ↓
PySide6
   ↓
Windows Window

फिर:

Window
   ↓
Button
   ↓
Student Form
   ↓
Database

और आखिर में:

Complete School Fee Management Software

11. अब हमारा अगला छोटा लक्ष्य

अगले lesson में हम बिना किसी complicated code के यह window बनाएँगे:

फिर मैं आपको समझाऊँगा:

यह क्या करता है।

फिर:

QMainWindow

क्या है।

फिर:

setWindowTitle()
resize()

क्या करते हैं।

यानी हर line का मतलब समझेंगे, केवल copy-paste नहीं करेंगे।

CMD में:

python --version

Step 2

VS Code खोलें।

Step 3

School_Fee_Management_Learning folder बनाएँ और VS Code में खोलें।

Step 4

Terminal में:

python -m venv venv

Step 5

venv\Scripts\activate

Step 6

python -m pip install PySide6

Step 7

main.py बनाएँ:

print("School Fee Management Software")

और चलाएँ:

python main.py

पहले बस इतना ही करें।

जब School Fee Management Software Terminal में दिखाई दे जाए, उसका screenshot भेजिए। फिर हम सीधे Lesson 2 — PySide6 से पहली Windows Application Window शुरू करेंगे।
