Tally Software 2 maintain mode में work करता है।
1 - Account Only .
2 - Account with Inventory.
अगर हमें केवल a/c maintain करना है तो हम maintain type में Account Only select करते है और हम Sale और Purchase के time Item की एंट्री नहीं कर पते है। जबकि हम maintain टाइप में Account with Inventory select करते है तो Getway of Tally में Account info ऑप्शन के निचे Inventory Info Option Show होने लगता है जिसमें हम Inventory Create करके Sale या Purchase में Item wise Entry कर सकते है और हम चाहे तो account mode वाली entry भी Account with Inventory mode में कर सकते है।
जबकि आजकल Tally ERP 9 release (GST version) में create company में maintain type में by default Account with Inventory ही आता है। यानि Account Only सेलेक्ट करने को नहीं मिलता है। अगर टैली के Release Version को Account Only mode में लाना है तो हमें Company Features में जाना होगा।
दोस्तों Account info में हम Groups or Ledger बनाते है ताकि हमें Entry के समय केवल उन्हें Dr/Cr करके Amount Fill करि पड़े। ठीक उसी प्रकार Inventory Info में हम कंपनी द्वारा Business में Sale or Purchase किये जाने वाले ट्रेड गुड्स (Item Stock) को create करते है। ताकि Entry के समय Stock का नाम सलेक्ट कर केवल amount fill करनी पड़े।
दोस्तों अभी तक हमने account only mode की sale purchase की transaction की entries टैली में की है।
Example :
1-Purchase goods Rs. 2000.
2-Sold goods to ravi Rs. 4000.
इन transaction में हमें नहीं पता की कंपनी ने क्या Stock ख़रीदा (purchase) or क्या Sale किया।
जबकि अगर हम Invoice वाले transaction की बात करे तो।
Example:
1 - purchase goods Rs. 2000 and Invoice are
1. Keyboard Intex 5 pcs 100=500
2. Keyboard Hp 5 pcs 200 = 1000
3. Mouse 5 pcs 100 = 500
total = Rs. 2000
2. Sold goods select Item Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 and Invoice are
1. keyboard HP 3 pcs 400 = 1200
2. Mouse 4 pcs 200 = 800
total = Rs. 2000
दोस्तों इन Transaction में हमें Tally में Stock (keyboard , Mouse) की Inventory Create करनी होगी। इसके लिए हमें टैली में Maintain type Account with Inventory mode में work करना होगा। फिर Inventory info में जाकर Stock Create करना होगा।
Inventory Info में stock groups , Item Unit of Measurement कैसे बनाये जाते है।
दोस्तों inventory info में click करने के बाद हमें कुछ इस तरह option दिखाई देते है तो जानते है option के बारे में।
1-Stock Groups : अगर हमने अपने stock को Groups में बनाये रखना है तो उन stock के group को इस option से create किया जाता है।
Example : जैसे हमारी कंपनी keyboard sale करती है वो भी अलग-अलग कम्पनीज के तो हमें इस के लिए एक Group Keyboard का बनाना होगा।
Groups कैसे बनाये :
Create :
Name : ग्रुप का नाम जैसे Keyboard
Under : Primary
Should Quantities of item be added ? yes / No Yes करने है हम इस Groups में आगे भी Item add कर सकते है।
दोस्तों अगर हमें keyboard के लिए groups नहीं बनाना है तो हम केवल Stock Item ही क्रिएट कर सकते है।
2-Unit of Measure : Stock को नापने की unit इस option के द्वारा create की जाती है जैसे Rice और Flour को मापने के लिए Kg , Gram , Oil के लिए Ltr. PC, Mobile के लिए Pcs
Product के Unit of Measurement कैसे बनाये।
Type : Simple
Symbol :Pcs
Formal name : Pices Note : Formal name को blank रहने दे वर्ण आपको दो units मिलेंगी Pcs, Pices .
Number of decimal Places : 0 or 1, 2
3-Stock Item : दोस्तों इस ऑप्शन से sale किये जाने वाले और purchase किये जाने वाले stock के name , Units , Under Groups , Quantity , per Rate , Amount Create किए जाते है।
Note :- Quantity, Per Rate, Amount केवल opening Balance होने पर ही fill किया जाता है transaction का balance नहीं fill किया जाता है।
Stock Item create करना
Name : HP Keyboard
Under : Keyboard
Units :
Opening Balance:
Quantity: blank
Rate per : blank
Value: blank
उसके बाद Ok
1 - Account Only .
2 - Account with Inventory.

Inventory info क्या है।
दोस्तों अभी तक हमने account only mode की sale purchase की transaction की entries टैली में की है।
